Raven Yoga Studio is owned by Suzanne

Suzanne is a 200 hours RYT with Sun Power Yoga (Yoga Alliance USA accredited), which is a blend of Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Sivananda Yoga. Suzanne’s practice is based on traditional, classical yoga which has a modern flow.

Raven Yoga is an authentic practice of Yoga that connects the mind, body and spirit through the breath.

During a Raven Yoga class you will be guided through meditation, pranayama (breath control), Asanas (physical postures) and relaxation.

Raven Yoga recognises that everyone is unique. We believe that the most important aspect of Yoga is that each student is taught according to their own individual capacity.

We appreciate that the path of yoga means different things to different people at different stages of their lives and therefore each person is taught in a manner that is appropriate to them.
