Yoga, Mindfulness, Relaxation Classes in Schools

We offer Yoga, Mindfulness, Relaxation classes to Pre-Schools and Primary Schools in the Stockport area

Class Structure:

We offer classes during the school day as an alternative to lessons

Classes are 1 hour and include meditation, mindfulness, breathing exercises, practice of the physical postures, partner poses, yoga activities, relaxation and visualisations 🙂

We have worked with various different schools and have received feedback from the teachers expressing how much calmer and more focused the children are after their yoga classes… We have also received feedback from children as young as reception telling us how much they enjoy the relaxation and breathing exercises!!

Classes cost

1 hour classes during the school day:

£50
